General provisions

1. The submitted application is a legally binding agreement between innovative services Adam Stachowski, owner of the "presente design" brand, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, and the Ordering Party.

2. The Agreement may be terminated by both the Organizer and the Ordering Party.

3. Termination of the contract or change of its terms requires written form.

4. The organizer reserves the right to cancel and change the date of a training or course.

5. No later than 7 days before the start of the training or course, the Organizer will send confirmation of participation, containing organizational details.

Withdrawal from participation in training or course

1. Free cancellation is possible no later than 7 business days before the planned training or course date (excluding the start day).

2. To resign from a training or course, please notify us by e-mail to the following address: presente@presente.pl

3. In the event of absence or notification of withdrawal later than 7 working days before the planned date of the training or course, the Ordering Party will be charged the full costs specified in the notification.

4. It is possible to replace people or replace the Ordering Party free of charge

Payments and invoices

1. Training participants receive a proforma invoice after registering for the training.

2. Entrepreneurs, companies, institutions and offices receive a deferred payment period of 14 days.

3. Individuals make payments before the training.

4. Training participants receive invoices after making payment.
